Your trade, with the system assembled around it

What follows is not eight products and not eight templates. It is one system with a different set of modules switched on, and the workspace beside each trade shows what it works on, with illustrative figures. Anything none of them describes is built as a module of your own.

  • Retail and counters

A till driven by a keypad, a scanner, a scale and a cash drawer; prices and offers from a price list; and a shift closed against a counted float whose surplus or shortfall posts to the ledger. The e-invoice is signed and submitted at the moment of issue, with its QR code on it.

  • Restaurants and hospitality

A floor of tables and sessions with transfers between them, a kitchen display that measures preparation time per ticket, and recipes that make selling a dish reduce its ingredients in stock rather than the dish. Reservations and service are on the same screen.

  • Manufacturing

A recipe with inputs and outputs, a production run that consumes and produces at a computed rather than an estimated cost, quality checks and quarantine for what fails, and lot traceability from supplier to customer. Waste is measured instead of dissolving into an average.

  • Distribution and fleet

A truck is a location that carries a balance, a trip has four stages, and a delivery carries a tracking link for the customer. Representative performance and commission are computed from the documents themselves, not from a report assembled at month end.

  • Events and catering

Pricing to a target margin rather than to a guess, a quotation the customer opens and edits, a contract with a lifecycle and an electronic signature, and preparation orders that reserve resources and items before the date.

  • Services and projects

A project is a cost centre: labour hours, purchases, expenses and assets post against it, and its profitability comes out of the ledger itself. Maintenance, its plans and its orders are on the same screen.

  • Livestock

Every head carries its file, its tag, its weights and its costs, and is measured at fair value under IAS 41. A slaughter order holds the halal certificate and the dressing percentage, and the carcass cost is spread over the cuts in proportion to sales value.

  • Wholesale and purchasing

A requisition, a request for quotation and a purchase order; three-way matching between order, receipt and invoice that surfaces the difference before payment; and supplier scoring built from their record rather than from an impression.

An illustration with invented figures, not customer data.

Captured from a demo account holding seeded data. Nothing here is a customer’s.

And what every trade shares

Accounting, inventory, purchasing, customers and receivables, HR and payroll, permissions and roles, e-invoicing, reporting, treasury and banks, and the audit log. No trade buys them twice, and none of them lives in a second system.

And if your trade is not on the list

that does not mean the system does not fit it. The modules above are what has been built so far, and the list keeps growing: a custom module is built in your trade’s name and runs inside the same build, with its own permissions, routes and events, activated by a licence row with no migration and no downtime.
