This document is a draft written from the site’s own code to describe what it actually does, and it has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be reviewed and approved before commercial launch; until then it is a factual description, not a contract.
The one cookie this site sets
It is called sudo.currency, and its job is to remember the currency you chose on the pricing page so you do not have to choose again on every visit. It lasts one year, and its value is a currency code such as SAR or USD.
It carries no name, no email address and no identifier that follows you between sites, and nobody else reads it.
The theme preference: local storage, not a cookie
Your choice of a light or dark theme is kept in your browser’s local storage under the key mirsam.theme. Local storage is not sent with requests the way cookies are, so the value stays on your device and never reaches our servers.
It is the same key the product uses after you sign in, so someone who chose dark in the workspace finds the website dark in the same browser.
No tracking or advertising cookies
This site sets no analytics, advertising or social-network cookie, and it loads no third-party script that would set one.
That is why there is no cookie consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to beyond a preference you set yourself.
The cookies that sign you in
When you sign in to the workspace, session cookies are set on the platform’s own domain. They are strictly necessary to run the service and signing in is not possible without them. This marketing site neither sets nor reads them.
How to control them
You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. Clearing sudo.currency returns the pricing page to its default currency, and clearing mirsam.theme returns the site to your device’s theme. Nothing else breaks.
If we add one
Any new cookie appears on this page before it is used, and the last-updated date above changes with it.
